weekly training thread!

hey all. sorry I didn't pot last week, but it seems that there isn't much traffic here anyways so maybe this will be an every other week sort of thing.

hoping that the time change will make a difference in my energy levels. that and less pain. the neck pain comes and goes and I just play it by ear.

the past couple weeks have been mostly cardio with a couple bouts of yoga, however yesterday I attended a great bootcamp class that had kettle bells and body weight exercises - it was a basically 9 stations and you did the exercise for 30 seconds and you had 15 seconds to get to the next station. we did 3 rounds and then had a good long stretch after. I will be hitting it again, that's for sure

what about you? anything new and exciting?
