weekly training thread!

Hey all, it is time to check in at the weekly training thread. where did you kick ass? where was it kicked? what are you wanting to do this week?

I was actually active every day last week with the light day being Saturday. the gym was M-F where there was hamster time and weights plus I added in some stair climbing to help with endurance and I stretched. Saturday had a decent brisk walk to meet up folks for dinner and Sunday I rode about 15 miles on the bike.

I need to be better at stretching at home. I know I keep saying this - why is it so hard? I am good at the gym as it is now a part of my routine, but sheesh.

so what about y'all?
