weekly training thread!

hello all. checking in to see how you are all doing with your workouts. where are you doing well? what are your challenges. the new year is coming up, are there any goals in mind?

I was out of town last week and so I got some walking in and a bit of hiking but nothing major. I did hit the gym yesterday and lifted all the things which felt good to do. however today I am feeling like I am coming down with something which is not happy making. I will take it easy and try not too push myself because the last thing I want is to get sick

I thing for the new year I want to develop some processes/program and focus on that rather than the end result...I think it will make me much saner

what about you all?
