weekly training thread!

Hi all. it is Monday and that means it is time to check in on how we did with our works outs. what did you do this past week? what are you looking to do this week? anything new and exciting?

last week I went to the gym 4 times. I wanted to go 5 but it wasn't in the cards. but I did lift each day as well as do strength training.

a friend says I should try out P90X3 and I am tempted. I would like to do more HIIT, and this one has shorter workouts. we shall see.

so what about y'all?
