weekly training thread!

hey all! it is Monday and that means it is time to check in and see how you are all doing. where did you kick ass? where was your ass handed to you? what are you looking to do this week?

last week I skipped Monday as I had tattoo work done Sunday afternoon and needed some healing time.

but I did get time on the hamster wheel T-F as well as Sunday. there was also a yoga class, my little boot camp session that my trainer gave me (rather pleased with myself that I  kept up the speed with the strength exercises and then the bursts of cardio) plus I also had my pilates reformer class which I am really beginning to enjoy a LOT.

back to a normal schedule this week tho my yoga class was canceled today as the instructor had the flu

However I have a question for you folks. we are at a new gym and it is all women. I get to the gym insanely early and there is a couple other folks who do the same. but there is one who always makes some sort of comment. today it was 'so is this now a habit for you?'

I was really irritated by that comment and mentioned to her that this has been a 'habit' for years. but seriously. WTF? am I crazy here?

trying to keep calm about all that but how the hell do other folks know what the heck my habits are.

anyway, what about YOU all?
