it is that time again. time to check in to see how you did last week with your workouts - where did you kick ass? where was it kicked? anything new and exciting? what do you want for the week ahead?
for me I was at the gym 6 days - there was lifting 2 days - one of those was with my trainer and she gave me a great program to do. there was also yoga 2 days, pilates on the machine and then hamstering as well
this week will be low key as I just got my back piece worked on and it needs to heal at least a day or so. plus I am BEAT today (4 hours on a table getting you back tattooed is exhausting. so I will go in tomorrow but will take it easy as the back is a bit tender
I think I might do a bunch of body weight squats however - that can keep me in line :)
