Hi everyone - it is monday and that means it is time to check in and see how you all did. where did you kick ass? where was your ass kicked? what do you want to do this week?
for me I was great up until thursday - biked to and from work on Monday, then hamster wheel time through Thursday. there was a bit of dancing on Friday. and Saturday was a friends birthday BBQ
and sunday I slept. had horrid sleep due to the fact that I had to take a friend to the airport at 5am (ugghh! I was afraid I would oversleep even with the alarm so I kept waking up) managed to get back down at about 6:30, woke up, had brunch, then came home and passed out again for another 4 hours. I needed some serious catch-up
today I rode in and will ride home. need to figure out some stretches as I think that being tense on the ride is what is aggravating my back and those waves of pain though out the body. I tense up as riding in traffic can be challenging so I am often constantly on guard. I would love to get an inversion table.
will be trying some stuff with the foam roller tonight to hopefully loosen things up
