Hello all - it is Monday and that means that it is time to check in with workouts - how did you do last week? where did you kick butt? where were you handed your ass? what do you want to do this week?
it was pretty mellow workout wise last week. due to the holiday as well as visitors and life in general, there was no bike ride. there were several sessions on the hamster wheel. some body weight exercises where I learned that doing a 100 body weight squats will remind you that yes, you do indeed have legs, and there was some yoga as well. plus this weekend I was playing tourist with friends so there was a lot of walking around and climbing of stairs and more walking around - which was lots of fun
this week is off to a good start where I rode to work (tho I became a soggy mess as it decided to rain). I need to get some yoga in there so stretch things out and due to being extremely overscheduled, I will miss my yoga class again this week, so I need to find some other options that work for me.
there will also be time on the hamster wheel and I want to try some weights again to see what happens
